Albia’s Abbey Griffin and Alex Beard, along with Knoxville’s Katie Keitges, were unanimous first team All-SCC volleyball picks.

Those three seniors (Keitges and Griffin outside hitters and Beard a setter) were joined by Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont senior outside hitter Grace Roberts, EBF junior middle hitter Brooke Shafer, Knoxville junior setter Marley McKay and Knoxville junior libero Maggie Wilkins.

The Lady Dees placed two on the second team, senior outside hitter Ellie Spurgin and senior libero Abbie Martin. Joining them on the second team were EBF junior libero Emalee Davis, EBF senior setter Ellie Breon, Davis County senior middle hitter Kaden Porter, Davis County senior setter Brett Lough and Centerville junior hitter Kyla Moore.

Albia honorable mention players included sophomores Jenna Gronewold and Tanae Thiravong and freshman Emma Wenger.

Ali Fagen, an EBF senior and Paige Harter, an EBF junior, were also honorable mention.
